1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the use of services offered by Ciné AI, a platform published by Cine Intelligent, Inc., a US corporation (State of Delaware) specializing in AI-powered video generation.
2. Services offered
Ciné AI offers AI-based services for audiovisual creation, including:
- AI video generation (cinematic, advertising, or social media);
- Realistic speech synthesis and voiceovers (notably in Arabic dialects and French);
- Automatic video editing and smart transitions;
- Automatic subtitle generation and embedding;
- AI-assisted creation of marketing content and scripts;
- API integration tools for professionals;
- Recurring subscription plans and one-time credit packs.
3. Pricing
Prices for our plans and credit packs are listed in US Dollars (USD), or in the applicable local currency depending on the billing processor.
Ciné AI reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time. Services currently in use or subscriptions already paid for will continue to be billed at the rates applicable at the time of transaction validation.
4. Payment
All payments are made online through highly secure and approved third-party payment providers.
Full access to platform features and the allocation of generation credits are activated immediately after the final validation of payment by the third-party transaction platform.
5. Subscriptions
Users can subscribe to monthly or annual subscription plans, or purchase generation credit packs.
Automatic subscription renewal can be deactivated at any time, at no additional cost, directly from the user account management area (client dashboard).
6. Right of withdrawal
Due to the digital, instant, and highly personalized nature of AI-based services, generated videos and consumed credits are non-refundable after execution.
The user expressly agrees that service execution begins upon order validation and thereby waives their standard right of withdrawal.
7. Liability
Ciné AI provides an automated technological tool based on generative artificial intelligence algorithms.
Due to the inherent limitations of current AI models, we do not guarantee the complete absence of errors or visual artifacts. The user is solely responsible for the use and publication of the content.
8. Intellectual property
The user retains full intellectual property rights over original content they upload to the platform (base images, personal text prompts, audio files).
All proprietary technologies, AI model architectures, graphic designs, source codes, trademarks, and logos of Ciné AI remain the exclusive property of the platform and its publisher.
9. Account suspension
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently delete a user's account in cases of fraudulent use, violation of laws, technical attacks, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (USA).
In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these terms, and failing prior amicable resolution, the competent courts of the State of Delaware (USA) shall have sole jurisdiction.
